PT Mercedes Benz Distribution Indonesia’s Deputy Director of Sales Operations and Product Management, Hari Arifanto, said the average buyer of Mercedes Maybach is an entrepreneur. Hari did not disclose in more detail who the new Mercedes-Maybach customers were.

In Indonesia, the Mercedes Maybach S-Class has been present since 2015, at least 39 units of the Mercedes Maybach have been sold to date.

Under the hood, the SUV-style Mercedes-Maybach GLS is equipped with a four-liter V8 engine that produces 557hp and 730Nm of torque, and this engine was created specifically for Mercedes-Maybach.
While the new Mercedes Maybach S-Class is equipped with a four-liter V8 engine capable of producing 503 hp and 700 Nm of torque.
The Mercedes-Maybach GLS is offered with a recommended off-road price of IDR 6,520,000,000 and IDR 5,905,000,000 for the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class.
