In this week, the Mercedes presented a new special version for the model Sl 63. There will be only 100 units of the model named “Motorsport Collectors Edition”a special edition that makes mention of the cars that were used by the team’s team AMG in the 2022 season of Formula 1.
Among the new additions, the roadster has been painted in the historic Silver Arrows hue, with the high-tech metallic silver in greater black, while the metallic obsidian black promotes coverage of the rear. This is the same livery as the machines piloted by the British duo Lewis Hamilton e George Russell.

The model still received the blue Petronas along the front bumper, side spoilers and rear diffuser. To make it even more exclusive, the manufacturer applied the star pattern Mercedes to the rear of the car, mentioning the engine cover that is present in cars of F1.
With changes only in aesthetics, under the hood the roadster kept the current recipe with the engine 4.0 bitumen This set is capable of generating 585 cv e 81 kgfm of torque, being able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds, reaching up to 315 km/h of maximum speed.

It is worth noting that the manufacturer also applied an aerodynamic package to the SL 63, which includes front and rear bumpers with a more aggressive design, in addition to a reworked bodywork to improve vehicle dynamics.
