Mercedes is the seventh team to set a date for the unveiling of W14: February 15

Mercedes has become the seventh team to reveal the launch date of the 2023 F1 car. The W14 will be revealed for the first time on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

And Aston Martin, FerrariAlpine, McLaren, Williams and AlphaTauri, Mercedes is the seventh team to come up with a launch date. The W14 is unveiled a day after competitor Ferrari shows their new F1 car for the first time. However, Mercedes remains one day ahead of Alpine’s unveiling. As a result, there are three consecutive days of cars that will be shown for the first time. It will be the car with which Lewis Hamilton in George Russell hope to become world champion.

Revelations

For now Williams is the first team to show the car for 2023. The team will open the ball relatively early on Monday, February 6. Then there will be a few days without a reveal, but on February 11 it will be AlphaTauri’s turn. On Monday, February 13, Aston Martin and McLaren will show their car for the first time, while it will be Ferrari’s turn a day later. Mercedes will then make their unveiling on Wednesday, February 15, after which Alpine will be the last to show the car for 2023 on February 16. RedBull, Alfa Romeo in Haas are now the only three teams that have not yet revealed their launch date.
