“Mercedes-Benz will sell its shares in Russian structural units to local investor Avtodom,” says the ministry.
The ministry explains that the new owner of the Russian units of “Mercedes-Benz” will be able to attract other companies as partners for joint production.
“Mercedes-Benz” confirmed such a plan in a separate statement.
