The German automotive company Mercedes-Benz has improved the crossover GLA 45 S, slightly changing the appearance of the car and improving its functionality.
The latest GLA 45 S will be recognizable by the redesigned front bumper and hood adorned with the AMG symbol. Diodes lights will continue both front and rear, but the standard 20-inch wheel rims can be exchanged for the larger 21-inch format for a surcharge. The changes include the wheel arch liners, which are now painted in body color (previously black). The set also includes red brake calipers, round exhaust outlets and a spoiler above the rear window.
The interior, finished in Artico artificial leather (real leather trim at an additional cost), features a new AMG Performance steering wheel, an additional USB-C port and an upgraded MBUX multimedia system that now supports Appe CarPlay and Android Auto.
The Mercedes GLA 45 S is equipped with a 2-liter gasoline engine that develops 421 hp and 500 Nm of torque. The unit works together with an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. The AMG crossover accelerates to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds, while the maximum speed is 270 km/h.
