Mercedes-Benz Unveils Updated EQA and EQB Crossovers: New Features and Release Date

Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the updated EQA and EQB crossovers, the brand’s press service said. Cars have changed both externally and technically.

At the front, the cars have a new pseudo-grille design and an LED strip that connects the daytime running lights.

A new 10.25-inch multimedia screen was installed in the cabin. In addition, a new Burmester audio system is installed, which supports Dolby Atmos surround sound technology.

Both crossovers can be equipped with three power plants to choose from. In the cheapest versions, one 190 hp electric motor is installed. More expensive configurations are equipped with two electric motors, the total power of which is 228 or 292 hp.

For cars, batteries with a capacity of 66.5 and 70 kWh are provided. The power reserve on a single charge varies from 396 to 536 km, depending on the version. At the same time, for each of the configurations, the power reserve increased by about 30 km.

The start of sales of the updated EQA and EQB crossovers in Europe will take place in the fall of 2023. Vehicle deliveries will begin in early 2024.

In July, Mercedes-Benz introduced a sporty version of the GLC crossover. The car will be available in two trim levels.
