Mercedes-Benz loses patent dispute to Motor Company

Meanwhile Mercedes-Benz lost a patent dispute with another company: as reported by Automotive News, a similar claim for infringement of the rights to the used mobile technologies against Daimler AG was recently filed by the Japanese company Sharp. In the same way as in the dispute with Nokia, Mercedes risks getting an injunction against the sale of cars in Germany. The security in the case is 5.5 billion euros (in the previous case, this amount reached seven billion).
