Rodez Aveyron Football is pleased to announce the arrival of Julien Célestine, from FC Valmiera (Latvia – 1st division)
He will wear the blood and gold jersey for the remainder of this 2020/2021 campaign, as well as two optional additional years. The club will soon announce the date of Julien Célestine’s presentation. The new RAF player will not be able to make his debut until after January 2, the date of the start of the winter transfer window.
Julien has however been training with Laurent Peyrelade’s group since the day of the resumption of training, on December 29th.
Julien Célestine, born July 24, 1997 in Paris, is a central defender, left-handed, measuring 1.91m. He started his career at the Béziers club, before joining TFC, then Belgium, where he will wear the colors of Charleroi, Molenbeek (19 matches played) and Visé (17 matches played).
He joins Latvia and the Valmiera club at the start of 2020, where he will play 5 matches. He will also have participated in the qualifying play-offs at the end of August for the Europa League.
Eager to return to French football, Julien joined the club with determination and desire, so that the team managed to achieve the club’s goal.
He will wear number 2, the whole club welcomes him!
