The Football Congress on February 16th in the Generali Arena (photo) in Vienna offers a great program again this year. The focus is on financing options in professional football and NFTs. New trends and innovations of tomorrow will be presented and in the Sport Talk a top-class panel of experts will discuss current topics in national and international football. Two master classes are also offered. In one of them, a keynote speech is about “The mental component in football.”

Using practical examples, the participants learn what influence the mental component has on the performance of the players and teams and what skills are required for this. Football has changed enormously in recent years. Not only did the game become faster and more powerful, but the pressure and expectations of fans, sponsors and the media also increased. In order to master these complex challenges, new mental skills are required from each individual player.

We have to be aware that team success always begins with each individual in the team.
