In the video obtained by LIVE NEWS from the drone of the OSE, the movements of the perpetrators are recorded frame-by-frame, while they are trying to steal the cables of the line.
According to the announcement of the OSE, the Police made arrests at 01:48, while the OSE is today proceeding with lawsuits against those involved.
These are two Roma, who were arrested and will be brought to justice.
