Mendes celebrates the “centenary of the league” in front of Al Dhafra

Ryan Mendes, the “wing” of Al-Nasr, celebrates playing the “100th” match in the Professional League, during the upcoming confrontation of his team, “Al-Ameed”, against its guest Al-Dhafra on Friday evening at Al Maktoum Stadium in the “14th round” of the “ADNOC Professional League”.
Mendes played 99 league matches, over the course of 5 seasons, since his first appearance, in the 2018-2019 season, in the Sharjah Club shirt, before moving to the ranks of his current club, “Al-Ameed” in July 2020, where he is linked to a valid contract with “Al-Azraq” that extends to June. 2024.
The percentage of participation in the matches varied in Mendez’s career with Sharjah and Al-Nasr, respectively, beginning with 26 matches in his first season with the “King”, during which he scored 9 goals, before his scoring rate rose to 11 goals in the following season, which is the highest score after playing 12 matches.
Since moving to Al-Ameed at the beginning of the 2020-2021 season, Mendes played 55 league matches over three seasons, during which he scored 14 goals, raising his total goals in the league to 34 goals in 99 matches, awaiting the celebration in the 100th confrontation against Al Dhafra.
Mendes’s record in his 99 matches in the “Dorina” was devoid of red cards, and he contented himself with obtaining 15 warnings, including two cards in the current season 2022-2023.
Mendes, 33, crowned Sharjah with the league title in the 2018-2019 season, and failed, on the other hand, to crown the “Brigadier” with the titles of the President’s Cup and the Arab Gulf Cup in the 2020-2021 season, by losing in the final of the two matches against Shabab Al-Ahly.
