The partners are given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the proposal of the Finance Ministry in more detail, to attract additional expertise in order to be sure of the numbers, said Menda Stoyanova, but refused to commit to a time frame in which this would happen and the loan would still to be put to a vote again.
