AS (34), a man from Pageralang Village, Kemranjen Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency, was sentenced by a panel of judges to the Supreme Court (MA) to pay a very fantastic compensation amounting to IDR 150 million. The US family said they would not comply with the Supreme Court’s ruling. They will not pay compensation of Rp. 150 million because they do not have that much money.

“I am disappointed, it should be resolved in a friendly manner. I won’t pay. First no money. Second, because we are disappointed, why not settle it in a friendly manner. But, suddenly there was a letter from the court asking our son to participate in the trial, ”said AS’s father, Sumarto, Tuesday (9/3).

Meanwhile, SSL’s father, Mansur, admitted that he was very happy with the decision. He felt it deserves to be accepted by the US because he had broken his promise and disappointed his son.

“If you can pay now, if there is a man (who pays, ed). In this regard, we have also spent a lot of money, for the congregations. This is also our disappointment, the family has prepared everything for the wedding but it didn’t happen, ”he said.

Mansoor briefly shared how his son got acquainted with the US. In 2018 the US proposed to his son. Then in 2019 they agreed to get married, even if it had been agreed by the parents of both parties.

After getting engaged, the US reportedly seduced and convinced SSL to have sex. Although initially refused, SSL also wanted to have sexual relations.

However, two months before the wedding, the US decided to cancel the marriage. SSL also discovered that the US has another girlfriend. SSL was angry and brought the case to court. Until then at the cassation level, the Supreme Court decided that the US had to pay compensation to SSL of IDR 150 million. (San)
