US: Memphis police officer dies after being treated for library shooting. Officer Jeffrey Redd was shot on February 2nd around 12:32 p.m. The incident occurred during the shooting at the Poplar-White Station library on February 2.
He was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition but died on Saturday. Officials said Redd joined the Memphis Police Department in 2008.
“We will miss you,” the police department said in a tweet.
