You will also support our members and customers regarding ADAC membership, member services and questions relating to mobility. You will also provide ADAC insurance and financial services as needed and actively and offer individual services and goods related to ADAC membership. Through first-class service when talking to customers on the phone, you strengthen customer loyalty and increase the acquisition of new customers.

You have completed training, for example as a travel or tourism clerk or in the commercial sector. You enjoy dealing with people, have a high level of service orientation and need-oriented sales affinity. You also have strong travel, product and destination knowledge.
