In an interview with Radioactive MikeZthe leader of Coal Chamber, Dez Fafara, said the band was originally texting him goodbye. The wife of Tree wood approached members of Coal Chamber to inform you that Tree wood may not survive while fighting COVID, and such conversations became regular as Tree wood improved.

“Unbelievable turn of events. That actually happened… I was almost dying from COVID. “So they started calling me, they started texting me, and for a period of six, seven, eight months, we didn’t talk about any business at all. Tree wood also referred to the upcoming reunion show of Coal Chamber in Sick New Worldand said that the band will just take it slow and see what happens.

Coal Chamber is something very unpredictable, from the beginning, playing with Pantera y Black Sabbathto where we were when we released “Rivals” and where we are now.
