Police officers were called, and determined that the member had a blood alcohol level of 0.15 per thousand.
The representative of the police department, Ramūnas Matonis, told Eltai that the report was received at 8:07 am, and the election observer called the police.
“That member of the commission was immediately suspended from her job. There are enough members of the commission in the constituency, the commission continues with its work,” the CEC report reads.
