The English singer is writing a book about her life and her incredible journey with the Spice Girls.
Revealed to the general public within the Spice Girls, in 1994, Mel C knew the glory and the success in the whole world. Now 48 years old, Melanie Chisholm, her real name, has decided to publish her first autobiography, entitled “Who I Am” (Who I am), which she is writing. “It took me a long time before I felt ready to write my story,” says the singer to the “Daily Mail“. The one nicknamed Sporty Spice in the girls band, which has sold more than 85 million albums, promises new revelations in her book. “The last few years have given me the opportunity to reflect on the incredible career I’ve had and the huge obstacles I’ve managed to overcome,” says the Briton who suffered from an eating disorder there. a few years ago, due to the pressure linked to the success of the group and a depression in 2021.

Finally, Mel C only wants to remember the positive aspects of his experience with the Spice Girls, who will meet at the wedding of Victoria Beckham’s son. “I really enjoyed reminiscing about the wonderful life journey I’ve had so far,” she says.
