Martien, Erica and Maxime are looking for the ideal outfit for the TV event of the year. Initially, Martien and Maxime want Erica to put on a dress, which she doesn’t like right away. “That’s too much dress for me,” says Erica.
She puts on the dress anyway, but as soon as she trudges into the room it is already clear: this is nothing. “No, this doesn’t suit you. You look like a black swan,” Martien adds.
Maxime, on the other hand, likes to unpack. “It’s the event of the year. Then you want to unpack. And it’s allowed. Yes, I love it.” Moments later, Maxime wears the same dress Erica wore before. “I think it’s a lot.” Erica then says: “Yes, I thought so too.”
Then Maxime wears a different dress, which she absolutely loves. Still, doubt arises and she puts on the black dress, described by Martien as the Black Swan, again. “Yes, this is it”, Maxime then decides. “Well, hey,” said Martien.
Before the gala starts, Martien experiences feelings of stress. Something that returns to him every year. “I don’t know why. It stresses me out,” he says. Daughter Maxime is not bothered by that at all. And actually it doesn’t matter at all. “We won’t win anything anyway, because we weren’t nominated,” said Martien.
