Becoming part of the royal family is not all roses and flowers: even Meghan knows something about it. What she had to give up for Harry
Meghan Markle’s story has made many women dream. The one of marry a prince it is a fairy tale told and instilled in (almost) all the girls. And those little girls grow up thinking that Prince Charming will arrive on a white horse and take them to the palace.
What fairy tales don’t say is that marrying a prince entails the obligation to follow a set of rules covering virtually every area of life, from what not to do or say in public, to how to dress, and even what nail polish colors are allowed and how to sit: all of this is true of the British royal family.
But it doesn’t end there, because the Windsors are forced to follow a diet which strictly excludes some dishes. Well yes, being part of the royal family does not mean being able to choose what to eat and indulge in your favorite dishes, perhaps entrusting their preparation to starred chefs.

Queen Elizabeth had also imposed another ban on the table: rare meats, raw fish and shellfishto avoid the risk of food poisoning.
However it seems that both William and Harry do not strictly follow this rule. William indeed would be a great lover of sushi and Harry goes crazy for i shellfish.

The intestinal repercussions caused by the intoxication had in fact forced him to withdraw from official commitments, with great embarrassment in front of the press. In order to avoid the recurrence of these unfortunate incidents, the prohibition for the royal family to eat mussels, clams, lobsters, oysters and even i shrimp cocktail (However, it seems that Carlo eats them secretly).
Now that they no longer live in Britain but in the United States, will Meghan and Harry still follow these rules? Whereas Meghan follows a healthy and balanced diet but it is also one good forkand knowing that already at the time of their residence in Great Britain they indulged in more pasta dishes than Queen Elizabeth liked, probably now the couple no longer has reasons to contain themselves and Meghan has returned to eating her favorite dish without hesitation whatsoever .
