Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are protagonists these days in The Hague, where the Invictus Games organized by Elizabeth II’s grandson are about to begin. The couple has traveled from the United States, where they reside after leaving the United Kingdom and the British royal family, to the Netherlands to show their unconditional support for the competition. They arrived after a secret stopover in the UK to visit the monarch at Windsor Castle, whom Meghan had not seen since her departure for America and her departure from the British royal family. If at the Invictus reception, Meghan impressed with a white Valentino suit, she has now opted for a more comfortable and relaxed look.
It consists of a short black Celine tweed jacket over a basic white t-shirt. An effect that could have been sought by the Duchess of Sussex by opting for classic beige flat ballerinas with a black toe by Chanel as footwear.
She’s pulled her hair back into a polished high ponytail, protected by gold-rimmed Newman Aviator sunglasses. As jewelry, she has chosen a flat gold choker, her Cartier Love bracelet and small star-shaped earrings designed by her friend, the tennis player (and jewelry designer) Serena Williams. Beside her, Harry is dressed in an Invictus polo shirt and blue jeans.
