The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have appointed activist, lawyer and businesswoman Mandana Dayan to the position of their charity. Dayan said she was “inspired” by Harry and Meghan, who founded Archewell in 2020 after leaving royal duties.

She told Fortune: “I am very inspired by the vision and unwavering dedication of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to create a more united, truthful, safe and equitable world.
“I am delighted to build on our shared mission to drive systemic cultural change.”
Ms. Dayan began her role in June.
He is responsible for overseeing growth strategy and day-to-day operations at Archewell.

Ms. Dayan, known for founding the I Am a Voter movement, reports directly to Sussex.
Harry and Meghan are currently on paternity leave following the birth of their daughter Lili in June.
But the couple, who finished their royal duties last year for a new life in California, are expected to return to work shortly.
