The Duchess of Sussex, 42, boarded a plane from Los Angeles to Europe wearing an all-black suit before quickly getting ready in her Dusseldorf hotel room for the games in a black Banana Republic shirtdress, which she paired with black pumps.
She then showed up on Wednesday wearing a black and white suit with shorts.
Even though Meghan often wore bright colors as a working member of the royal family, she claimed she “toned down” her wardrobe while living in the UK to avoid clashes with more senior members of the royal family.

This year’s games in Germany will be the largest ever, with 22 countries and more than 500 athletes taking part.

Participants are a little disappointed that other members of the British royal family did not react to Harry’s success and did not visit Dusseldorf.
Veteran Ben McBean, who was on the same return flight from Afghanistan as Harry in 2008 and is credited with inspiring the Duke to launch Invictus, said he understood the “differences” between the brothers but had a point.
“It’s like when we went to Afghanistan, no one supported the war, but they supported the troops. It’s the same thing. They should have united,” Ben said.
