The Duchess sued the publishing house because of the newspaper Mail on Sunday published a ‘confidential, personal’ handwritten letter to her estranged father Thomas Markle last February. The publishing house’s lawyers allege that Meghan violated her own privacy by sharing details about her life with the authors of Finding Freedom.
