Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle were in New York on Saturday evening for the concerts organized under the aegis of the NGO Global Citizen.
A series of global concerts resonated on Saturday with Elton John in Paris and Billie Eilish in New York – where Prince Harry and Meghan also took the stage – to raise awareness of threats on the planet, under the aegis of the NGO Global Citizen .
Prince Harry and his wife Meghan took to the stage in Central Park, calling for access to vaccines to be considered “a basic human right”. “My wife and I believe that how you were born shouldn’t dictate your ability to survive,” the Duke of Sussex said, to the applause of thousands. And Meghan has turned many heads, sublime in a Valentino mini dress.
The Sussexes are in New York for a series of events and meetings. After the UN headquarters on Thursday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited a school in the Harlem district on Friday. The opportunity for Meghan Markle to read her children’s book, “The Bench”, with her husband Prince Harry as her number one listener, who was seated alongside the toddlers.
