PDI-P chairman Megawati Soekarnoputri said that she was considered un-Islamic. Megawati said she was even though she had performed Hajj twice and performed Umrah twice.
This was stated by Megawati at the Pancasila Kick Off in Action ‘The Universal Movement Plans to Prevent Stunting’ which was held by the BKKBN, Thursday (16/2/2023). Megawati initially spoke about the Indonesian people’s lack of sensitivity to disasters.
“Why are our people not ready for (disasters)? It’s always said like this, the disaster was God’s gift, masyaallah. Yo, what can we not do? That’s my trial too,” said Megawati.
Then, he told me that he was often considered un-Islamic.
“I am a Muslim, later you will be told that I am not Muslim. I am a Muslim, I have gone on the Hajj twice, I have done Umrah 3 times, some say I am not Islamic, that’s so stupid,” he said.
“I mean God said, Allah SWT, we must have a name in order to live, live,” he added,
Furthermore, he also asked the public not to wait for the ball to be picked up from the authorities if there was an earthquake. Communities are considered to be alert in the face of disaster.

Touched on the Height Requirements for TNI Candidate Body
During the event, Megawati also touched on the height requirements for TNI candidates. He regretted that the former TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa had revised the TNI height requirement to 160 cm.
“When Pak Andika was still Commander in Chief, ‘Dik’, because I knew the two of them were still dating, because Mr. Mrs. he was my BIN, Mr. Hendropriyono, so I called him ‘Dik’,” said Megawati, in a broadcast on BKKBN’s YouTube.
“Sister, that’s what you’re talking about, Sis, I was talking about Indonesian youths who are 180 cm tall. You know you came out with a minimum height of 160 cm. Is this what you want?” he continued.
