The rapper (26) has finished studying at Texas Southern University and has received a bachelor’s degree in health administration.
American rapper and songwriter Megan Jovon Ruth Pete (26), known as Megan Thee Stallion, has studied for several years and is now a graduate.
The 26-year-old has kept the fans well updated during her education, and this weekend she invited them to watch the ceremony where she finally received her bachelor’s degree.
– I have been going to college for about seven years, so when I finally get that education it will show me that no matter what I think about, I can do it, the rapper said in an interview with Coach Conversations earlier this year.
“It’s graduation dayyyy,” the artist wrote Twitter this weekend and shared photos from the ceremony:
The rapper also shared a video link so fans, who she calls “hotties”, could watch the ceremony. The 26-year-old has previously said that she wants to be with the fans during the presentation of the bachelor’s diploma.
The desire to have fans extends beyond spectators. The 26-year-old has created a scholarship for young American women of color who want to study. In previous interviews, she has said that support from women in the family has been important when she has taken the education, writes TeenVouge.
The 26-year-old was born in South Park in Houston and has talked several times about how important education is to her. In 2020, she ended up on Times his list of the year’s 100 most influential people.
Megan Thee Stallion, is known for songs like “Savage” and “WAP” with Cardi B, the latter was 15 weeks on VG-list. During this year’s Grammy Awards, she walked away with the award “Best New Artist”.
