Chihuahua.– For the third consecutive day, the Finance and Budget Commission of the State Congress postponed the session to vote if the credit that the state government intends to request for 1,633 million pesos is approved.
The explanation given by deputy René Frías, a member of the commission, is that they are reviewing the scope and details of the loan, as well as the use that will be made of the resources.
A date has not been defined to meet again, so it is not ruled out that it will be until next week.
The meeting was scheduled for last Monday at six in the afternoon, but it was decided to start until eight at night; however, within half an hour the legislators decided to establish a recess that remains in effect from that day on.
Both on Tuesday and this day the intention had been handled that the vote of the 5 deputies that make up the commission would take place.
So far the only one who has spoken out against the proposal to request another loan has been Morena’s legislator, Miguel Ángel Colunga.
