Wong is there
- Appears in: Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 4 Remake – Special Modes, Resident Evil 6, and Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles
Invisible. Unclear. Unclear. These three words best represent Ada Wong’s character. Unlike the others, no one knew specifically who Ada Wong was or what she looked like before the 1998 Raccoon City Incident.
Ada Wong won Leon Kennedy’s heart and made a big impact on him. Ada may not be the most physically impressive character, but Wong is a skilled hunter. She is a playable character in Resident Evil 6 and is unlocked after players complete the three main chapters.
- Resident Evil 4 – Special Modes
It is a story expansion for Resident Evil 4 Remake that features Ada Wong on her own adventure. Her story intertwines with Leon’s as she is tasked with obtaining a sample of Las Plagus for her resident. It is a quality story that is worth it for Ada fans to experience her influence on the main story. Ada is skilled at using stealth, can overpower enemies with martial arts, and uses a grapple gun similar to Batman’s. She is the most useful and one of the most dangerous heroes in the Resident Evil series.
Claire Redfield
- Appears in: Resident Evil 2, Code Veronica, Resident Evil Survivor 2, Darkside Chronicles, and Revelations 2
Claire Redfield is a legendary face of the franchise and a survivor of the 1998 Raccoon City incident. She grew up close to her brother Chris Redfield after their parents died in the 1980s. Being the younger sister of Chris Redfield, Claire Redfield was unfortunately not prominent in the series after Resident Evil 2. She is a strong character, dedicating her career to fighting any armed threat -organic. Claire seems to care about the people around her, and works hard to fight against any evil forces that come her way.
Although she has appeared in other games in the series, the spotlight really shines on her in Resident Evil 2. We can experience her adventurous nature and see how difficult her character is. However, it is clear that Claire deserves more justice and recognition in the series.
Claire is a top sniper and even more deadly with her signature grenade launcher. It was Chris who taught her to fight before she eventually joined her brother in the fight against bio-terrorism. Claire is a playable character in Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 2 Remake, and Code Veronica.
Jill Valentine
- Appears in: Resident Evil, Resident Evil 3, Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil 6, Resident Evil: Revelations, and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles
BSAA cannot be discussed without mentioning one of its founders, Jill Valentine. He survived an outbreak in Arklayshire in 1998, which explains his commitment to eliminating dangerous bioterrorism threats.
A well-respected and well-respected agent, Jill is a tough fighter who always knows how to get the job done. She has been at the center of events in Raccoon City, Queen Zenobia’s cursed ship, the Spencer Estate and many others. She was also the only female member of Captain Wesker’s Alpha Team.
She stands her ground when it comes to her beliefs, knowing deep down what is right and how to make things work effectively, even when the outcome seems bleak. All in all, Jill has been there for fans of the series since the beginning. We look to her for guidance and direction, and her compassion and determination make many of us fall completely in love with her.
Chris Redfield
- Appears in: Resident Evil, Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil 7, Resident Evil 8, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Code Veronica, and Resident Evil Revelations
Chris Redfield is a familiar face in the BSAA and a legend of the franchise. He began his career in the US Air Force before joining the Special Tactics and Rescue Service in Raccoon City. With his muscular build, Chris Redfield is not a man to be easily outdone.
It’s funny how easy it is to make fun of Chris Redfield. An iconic example of this is when he hits a rock in Resident Evil 5 to save his partner, Shiva Alomar. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t an interesting main character in the series.
Chris is passionate about eliminating biological weapons. Nothing can stop him, and his supernatural strength alone is unfathomable. All in all, we really appreciate it in the end, because it’s a wonderful asset for Ethan Winters to be alive. Chris may seem very cruel to everyone at first, but he does it to protect the people he cares about.
Leon S. Kennedy
- Appeared in: Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 6, and Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles
Of the other characters in the Resident Evil series, it’s no surprise that Leon Kennedy is one of the biggest characters in the series. It represents the heart of the series. His impressive design and his sarcastic attitude give a good impression of Resident Evil as a whole.
When you hear the name Resident Evil, the first image that comes to mind is Leon Kennedy. He embodies the true essence of gaming, and his skills are so indescribable that you’ll be lucky to have him on your side. Leon had a terrible hardship that made him where he is now. And based on the way he appears in the games, it’s clear that he’s going to be a great character in the series for years to come.
His skills as a warrior and survivor were better showcased in RE4 Remake, and his knife skills were one of his most prominent features in this version. Although Leon has been absent AWOL since the events of Resident Evil 6, hopefully this fan favorite will return after the Resident Evil 4 remake in the next main Resident Evil series.
In conclusion, what is the ranking of the best Resident Evil characters for you?
