Ilze Garanča is the owner of SIA “Caps! Chocolate”. The company produces natural sweets – chocolate truffles made from candied fruits and berries, cookies and now also confectionery products, since the cafe “Jaunaja Teika” has opened.
The cafe is located in the same premises as a small production plant, so visitors can feel and experience the process of creating products.
The beginnings of the “Caps! Chocolate” business can be traced back to the crisis of 2008, when Ilze had lost her job, but the main source of inspiration was the movie “Chocolate”.
The owner admits that there have been more difficult times in business, but she lives with the belief that everything is possible, as long as we don’t give up.
