Alejandro Garnacho is one of the newcomers of the current season.
After his strong performances in the debut season, Manchester United has given the 18-year-old youngster a new contract until 2028, thus retaining the top talent for the long term.
Garnacho joined the Red Devils academy from the Atletico Madrid youth team in October 2020. In pre-season, the Argentinian played his first two games for United’s squad under caretaker manager Ralf Rangnick.
Under the new head coach Erik ten Hag, the winger made the leap to the pros in the summer. Since then, the top talent has appeared in 29 games, scoring four goals and providing the assists for five more.
