Earlier in the semi-finals, Zverev unexpectedly defeated the Spanish Rafael Nadal, but Medvedev dealt with Milos Raonich from Canada.
The hard tournament in Paris took place from November 2 to 8. Last year, the victory was won by Serb Novak Djokovic, who previously revealed that he does not plan to defend the title this year.
