When a confirmed case occurs in Seoul, it is reported to the city through the competent public health center, and the’metropolitan corona 19 field response team’ receives it, classifies the severity according to the epidemiological investigation, and allocates a bed, which explains that the process is overloaded.
At the same time, the Seoul Metropolitan Government said, “We feel heavy responsibility for the unfortunate occurrence that should not happen, and we will check and reinforce the public medical system, such as the bed allocation system, in consultation with the Ministry of Health and Welfare to prevent this from happening again.”
