“The Paper” reported that a netizen broke the news on the 26th that many medical staff at Suining Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were suspected of jumping off the building collectively while sitting at the hospital window in order to seek salary. In the video posted online, a sign indicating Suining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Pedestrian Street Campus) is seen hanging on a high-rise building. On the fourth floor of the building, there are about 10 people in white coats squatting by the window sill; Firefighters were laying out fire-fighting air mattresses, and there were a large number of onlookers.
In this regard, the office staff of Suining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine denied the claims of “collective jumping off the building” and “arrears of wages”, saying that these people were not jumping off the building and the hospital did not owe wages.As for the reason why many medical staff were sitting by the window, the staff only said that the hospital leaders were handling the matter. The Suining Health Commission of Sichuan Province reported that at about 3 pm on December 26, a video of some medical staff defending the rights of Suining City was circulated online and caused concern.
