Your mission :

  • act as the central relay for all requests concerning the Operating Center
  • ensure the performance of the service in an autonomous and flexible manner, in close collaboration with the head doctor or the responsible secretary, while respecting the multi-site organization, the standards and the directives of the service
  • plan, control and implement an operating program knowing the constraints of the different departments while focusing priorities on quality patient care
  • communicate and transmit information in a clear and precise manner by adapting to specific and/or problematic situations
  • coordinate with other departments
  • welcome patients in the endoscopy secretariat
  • type medical reports
  • control the entry of services

Your profile :

  • CFC of commercial employee or equivalent, diploma of medical secretary an asset
  • knowledge of the medical community with good knowledge of medical terminology
  • fluency in French with good knowledge of German
  • excellent command of computer tools (MS Office), Polypoint RAP an asset
  • good stress management, sense of organization, flexibility, ease of communication and reliability

Tasks

  • They act as the central hub for all inquiries relating to the operating wing.
  • You ensure the execution of department services independently and flexibly, in close cooperation with the chief physician and the head secretary. In doing so, you will observe the organizational structure with its various locations and adhere to the applicable departmental regulations and guidelines.
  • You create, control and implement the operation plan, taking into account all the specifications of the individual departments. You always focus on providing the best possible patient care.
  • You communicate and transmit information clearly and precisely, taking into account the particular situations and/or issues.
  • They ensure coordination with the other departments.
  • They receive the patients in the endoscopy secretariat.
  • They type medical reports.
  • You control the recorded services.

Profile

  • Commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent qualification, additional diploma as medical secretary H+ is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the medical environment and good knowledge of medical terminology
  • French with a good knowledge of German
  • Excellent knowledge of common IT programs (MS Office), knowledge of Polypoint and RAP an advantage
  • High resilience, organizational skills, flexibility, communication skills and reliability
