Medical Science Liaison (H/F).
This position is currently to be filled on a permanent contract within the Department of Medical Affairs, placed under the responsibility of the MSL Manager.
PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION
- Develop and apply the medical strategy of the company’s products on the entrusted geographic scope (North of France).
- Organize and manage scientific and medical communication on the company’s products with healthcare professionals, patient associations and internal services, ensuring compliance with the proper use of the drug in accordance with the rules and legislation in force (DMOS , CSP, etc.) and Takeda’s ethical principles and compliance rules
Main missions
- Propose, develop, implement a regional medical strategy aligned with the national medical product strategy;
- Develop and apply the medical strategy for products defined by the doctor / s produced in their region;
- Develop the scientific image of the laboratory with all of the region’s health players in the therapeutic area entrusted (gastroenterology) ;
- Position yourself as a true medical referent;
- Write and validate scientific documents and make scientific presentations in groups and face-to-face to physicians in the specialty according to the procedures in force;
- Prepare and organize local scientific meetings according to the needs expressed by health professionals
- Participate in certain clinical trials (set up and follow-up);
- Contribute to training, teams in charge of promotion, and any other collaborator as needed by Takeda;
- Ensure scientific monitoring in the therapeutic area concerned;
- Provide medical support to the various teams if needed.

PROFILE(Level of training or diploma / Field of training / Experience):
- Holder of a diploma or training attesting to a high level of medical or scientific skills: minimum Master 2 or Engineer, in a scientific or medical field, acquired exclusively through initial or continuing training;
- minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison in gastroenterology / biotherapy
- English – good level
