State dachas in Koncha-Zaspa and Pushcha-Voditsa are rented by about 250 former and current officials.

Dozens of former and current officials can be evicted from state dachas in the elite villages of Koncha-Zaspa and Pushcha-Voditsa near Kiev. The list of candidates for eviction is published on Monday, May 24, Liga.net.

The publication notes that the audit of residents of state dachas will end on 28 this week.

Reportedly, now up to 200 people live in the state dachas of Koncha-Zaspa, and up to 50 tenants in Pushcha-Voditsa.

“For the eviction of the clerks who have been renting state dwellings there since the days of Kuchma-Yanukovych, they will use formal reasons: debts for rent and utilities, illegal rebuilding of buildings and self-seizure of territories,” the newspaper notes.

It is alleged that this scheme has already been tested on several VIP residents. In particular, in April, the house in Koncha-Zaspa was vacated by the ousted head of the Constitutional Court, Alexander Tupitsky.

The publication notes that many former officials rented state dachas for 49 years for “very ridiculous money.”

We will remind, during a press conference, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that after audit of land and houseslocated on the territories of state residences near Kiev, a concept for the further use of these facilities will be developed.
