Media: Before contacting Putin, people must pass specific tests

Before May 9, about 400 people, including veterans, spent two weeks in quarantine in Moscow to shake hands or simply get closer to Putin, the publication writes. The quarantine took place in two hotels in the center of Moscow – the five-star “Golden Ring” and the four-star “President Hotel”, reports the “BBC” portal.

“Neither the invasion of Ukraine, nor four vaccinations against the coronavirus, nor the weakening of the pandemic lifted the quarantine for those in contact with Vladimir Putin. Pilots and doctors regularly sit in isolation. To access the “clean zone”, hundreds of people pass PCR tests four times and check antibodies twice against the coronavirus. They also carry out additional tests – for flu, staphylococcus and worms,” writes the BBC portal.

A year ago, an unprecedented quarantine of all those who served Putin or were in close contact with him was already reported.

According to the BBC, the people surrounding Putin are not only in quarantine, but are also undergoing various tests. These laboratory studies for “sanitary-epidemiological purposes” are purchased by the Office of the President of the State.

The Baza Telegram channel reported in February 2022, citing anonymous sources, that officials close to the president had to undergo stool tests, which claimed that the officials had to pass these tests several times a week.
