FC Barcelona is apparently planning low transfer expenses for the coming summer. The Catalans want to land free or cheap deals, including those from Georginio Wijnaldum.
According to reports, Georginio Wijnaldum does not want to extend his contract with Liverpool FC, which expires at the end of the season. According to the British tabloid Mirror Meanwhile, the Dutchman is pushing a transfer to FC Barcelona. There, the midfielder is said to dream of playing with superstar Lionel Messi. He would also meet his former national coach there with Ronald Koeman.

The Wijnaldum deal would also fit Barca as the Catalans reportedly hardly want to spend much of their money on signings in the upcoming transfer window.
