Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution officially supports the presidential and vice presidential candidates Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the 2024 presidential election. Chairman of the Gerindra Party, Habiburokhman, is open to Bobby supporting the pair promoted by the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM).
“The Gerindra Party is an open party, anyone can join Gerindra,” Habiburokhman told reporters in Central Jakarta, Sunday (5/11/2023).
For your information, Bobby currently has the status of a PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) cadre. Meanwhile, PDIP is running the pair Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md in the 2024 presidential election.

Even so, Habiburokhman was reluctant to comment on Bobby’s membership status in PDIP after expressing support for Prabowo-Gibran. He considered this to be Bobby and PDIP’s business.
“But that is a matter of Mas Bobby’s affairs with the PDIP, regarding Mas Gibran’s matters with the PDIP, we are the opposite to them. That is not our territory, we will not intervene, in fact we respect the relationship between them. We pray that it can be resolved well and elegantly,” ” he said.
Bobby Supports Prabowo-Gibran
Medan Mayor Volunteer Bobby Nasution stated that he supports the presidential and vice presidential pair Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the 2024 presidential election. Bobby also emphasized that his attitude is in line with the volunteers.
Reported by detikSumut, Saturday (4/11), initially, Collaboration House Advisor Bobby Nasution (RKBN) Hasanul Jihadi alias Jiji stated that they were Jokowism or following President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). RKBN itself is Bobby’s parent volunteer.
“Today we are with friends at LMD, we are from the Bobby Nasution Collaboration House (RKBN), today’s volunteer friends are all in Tanah Karo with enthusiasm, our enthusiasm is also Pak Jokowi’s enthusiasm, meaning today we agree on Jokowism,” said Hasanul Jihadi after laying the first stone of the Juma Jokowi Monument at Liang Melas Datas (LMD), Karo, Saturday (4/11).
Jiji then stated that he would support Prabowo-Gibran in the 2024 presidential election. His party would move to win Prabowo-Gibran.
“Today, by saying Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, we are friends from the Bobby Nasution Collaboration House, which means we will use this machine, this vehicle for the benefit and victory of Mr. Prabowo and Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the presidential contest,” he said.
Meanwhile, on the same occasion, Bobby said he would join volunteers regarding the direction of support in the 2024 presidential election. “Yes, I will join my volunteers, I will join my volunteers. Yes (supporting Prabowo-Gibran),” he said.
