Both began their Red Cross careers doing community service at the Aigen local office and were taken on as professional employees shortly afterwards. While Dieter Fuchs took over the newly founded local office in Ulrichsberg at the turn of the millennium, Christoph Hollnsteiner was given management in St. Martin.
In terms of training, they have reached the highest level as officers and emergency paramedics in both leadership and emergency services. While Hollnsteiner works as a paramedic at the local office in Lembach, Fuchs moved to the district secretariat in Rohrbach in 2021 and remained loyal to the rescue service as a volunteer in Ulrichsberg.
