Spectrum Vision Partners and OCLI Vision believe in helping improve the communities in which we work. Our team and partners believe in promoting better health and wellness for all patients and society at large. Part of building better wellness is contributing to various causes. This October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we want to highlight the contributions our team has made to the American Cancer Society in the fight against breast cancer.
Over the years, we have made significant progress in the fight against breast cancer and this is thanks to the dedication and interest of our team in addressing a wide variety of health problems that affect our community. Without their willingness to raise funds, organize and attend events, and encourage their families and friends to do the same, our contributions would not have been as successful.
Every year, the American Cancer Society conducts a Leading Up to Breast Cancer (MSABC) Walk, sponsored by Spectrum Vision Partners and OCLI Vision. Since 2013, our teams have raised more than $ 600,000, a commendable achievement that we hope will continue to grow! Spectrum Vision Partners and OCLI Vision will return this year as corporate sponsors, joining leading employers and healthcare institutions to raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society. We would love to see you there as we honor breast cancer survivors, remember those we lost, and raise funds to continue the fight against breast cancer and one day eradicate this disease for our society.
We would like to congratulate our team members from New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and send a big thank you to the community who also participated. We are confident that with increased awareness of breast cancer and more funding for research and development of treatments, we can continue to make leaps and bounds against breast cancer.
