UTRECHT – The police in Utrecht surrounded and arrested dozens of demonstrators in front of restaurant Waku Waku on Wednesday evening. They refused – according to the police after several summons – to go to the demonstration spot on Jaarsbeursplein designated by the municipality. Some protesters were transported separately for resisting arrest. They were handcuffed and had to be taken in police vans.
