The former Mexican Secretary of Public Security, Genaro García Luna, awaits his second court hearing in New York at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC), at Brooklyn.

Garcia Luna, who was arrested last December 9 in Dallas, Texas, faces three counts of conspiracy to smuggle drugs and one for false statement.
