McDonald’s plans to reopen in Ukraine | War Ukraine and Russia

McDonald’s determined that other companies are also operating safely in the country and will be restocking restaurants, re-hiring employees and reopening restaurants in Kiev and western Ukraine in the coming months. When exactly that will be and how many restaurants will reopen, was not clarified.

McDonald’s announced its departure from Russia in May after more than 30 years of operation in the country. The network of 850 restaurants was sold to franchisee Alexander Govor.
