First of all, Jacobsen is known as a strict boss who takes his job very seriously. Then, in 1989, the ex-policeman slipped his brother a $ 25,000 sticker. This act marks the beginning of a huge hoax that Jacobsen and a network of “employees” he has created for around ten years.
