According to American police, a 23-year-old man is critically injured after a shooting incident at a McDonald’s restaurant in Brooklyn, New York. This reported CBS New York Thursday.
– I feel like crying. Did you shoot someone over French fries?, a witness told The New York Post on Tuesday.
According to the newspaper, a 20-year-old should have shot a 23-year-old McDonald’s employee because of cold fries on Monday.

The shooting happened at 7pm outside the restaurant.
The newspaper describes that it all started when the accused’s mother was about to order food from McDonald’s.
She describes to The Post that the fries were cold when she picked up the food.
– I asked them to give me new ones. I got that. Then I left, the mother explains to the newspaper.
To the mother’s surprise, these were also cold. Then she went back to complain again.
– I asked why they were still cold, and then they started laughing at me, as if it was funny, she says.
The situation escalated and her son became involved when he came to help her.
Dramatically
The 23-year-old, who was at work, was involved in the discussion.
According to witness statements, the son appeared threatening to the employees who asked him to leave the premises. When he left, the employee followed.
A short time later, the mother describes hearing shots.
– I ran to the door and said: “Who is shooting?”. Then someone said it was my son.
She describes the sight of the employee lying on the ground, and the son running. It was the mother herself who called the police.
The police report on Twitter that the son was arrested shortly after the incident. On Tuesday, he was charged with attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons.
There must not have been any relationship between the accused and the employee.
The McDonald’s employee was taken to the hospital with three shots in the neck, where he is now fighting for his life.
