Amsterdam – If McDonald’s employees eat chicken nuggets without paying for them, it is theft – even if it’s after hours and otherwise the fries would go to the trash. But it is not enough for dismissal. The subdistrict court in Maastricht makes mincemeat of an attempt by the fast food chain to quickly get rid of a nugget-eating employee.
