Netizens in Singapore uploaded a menu from McDonald’s which succeeded in making many people nostalgic. The reason is, the menu is taken from the 1980s.
McDonald’s is the largest fast food restaurant chain in the world. Restaurant outlets are spread across various countries, including Asia.
This restaurant first entered Singapore in 1980. At that time, the atmosphere of McDonald’s was still retro and the menu offered was not yet diverse.

A netizen on Facebook managed to make many people nostalgic by uploading a menu from 1980. Reporting from Must Share News (11/10), the Facebook netizen informed about the first location of McDonald’s in Singapore.
“The first McDonald’s opened in Singapore in Liat Towest and that’s the menu from 1980!” write a description of the upload.
In the two photos shared by Facebook netizens, you can really see what the atmosphere of McDonald’s was like at that time. The atmosphere is retro with striking red and yellow colors.
The menu offered by McDonald’s at that time was also not very extensive. There is only a menu of burgers, apple pie, fries, coffee and soft drinks.
The prices offered at that time were also very different. In the past, it was only around S$0.95 (Rp. 10 thousand) for a portion of burger.
Now the price has increased several times. Around S$2.30 (Rp. 26 thousand) for an a la carte burger which does not include potatoes and drinks.
