Düsseldorf / Frankfurt aM, March 16, 2021 – McDermott Will & Emery hat Art-Invest Real Estate advise on the purchase of an office property in Wiesbaden. Art-Invest acquired the Abraham-Lincoln-Park 1 property for a managed investment KG.
The office property, which was built in 2002, has a rental area of around 27,000 square meters and is largely rented to R + V Versicherung.
Art-Invest Real Estate is a long-term oriented real estate investment and development company headquartered in Cologne, whose investments cover the entire range of returns and risks in the office, retail, hotel, residential and data center sectors. With real estate assets under management of around 7 billion euros, Art-Invest is now one of the largest project developers for offices and hotels in Germany.
McDermott has advised Art-Invest Real Estate on several transactions, including the “Fürst & Friedrich” projects in Düsseldorf, the “Kaiserhof” and Cologne, and the sale of the “Neuer Kanzlerplatz” building complex in Bonn.
